Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

The terms governing your use of the GetWork.Africa marketplace and talent infrastructure.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GetWork.Africa, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Marketplace conduct

The platform is for meaningful, value-creating industrial work. Employers must post accurate scopes; talent must represent their qualifications truthfully. Digital-native gig work is out of scope.

Payments & escrow

Completed projects are settled through escrow-backed milestones. A marketplace commission applies to released funds. Cross-border settlement may route through PAPSS or local payment partners.

Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis during the Phase 1 MVP. To the extent permitted by law, GetWork.Africa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

This is placeholder content for the Phase 1 MVP and does not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice.
